Data Privacy & Local Deployment

Local Deployment — Your Data Stays Yours

For customers who choose local deployment, your AI agents run on your hardware, on your network. Your data — including conversations, documents, and knowledge bases — never leaves your control. We do not have access to your locally-deployed AI agents or the data they process.

For cloud deployment customers, your data is processed on our secure, SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure. See the "Cloud Deployment" section below for details.

Cloud Deployment Data Handling

For cloud-deployed AI agents:

  • Data is encrypted at rest and in transit
  • We maintain SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA certifications
  • Data is hosted in secure, access-controlled facilities
  • Access to customer data is logged and audited
  • We do not use customer data for training our models
  • You can request data deletion at any time

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers: Third parties who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, email, analytics)
